Did you accept a consulting session request from a Lighthouse Member but that time no longer works for you? Here's what to do:
First, access your "Consulting Sessions" by clicking your name in the upper right corner of your screen.
Next, click on the session you'd like to reschedule to open up the detailed view for the appointment.
Now, click the "Want to reschedule?" button.
Please note that you won't be able to reschedule a session if you already clicked the button to "Create Video Chat Room".
We'll then send a message to the Member so they can choose a new date and time from your availabilities.
Please make sure your availabilities are up to date, including any times that you'll be out of the office and unavailable for consulting sessions.
