Forget Zoom, Google, Skype, or Teams - your session takes place right on the Lighthouse platform! Here's a step-by-step guide to get you underway.
At the time of your Lighthouse consulting session, log in to the platform and access your "Consulting sessions" from the menu in the upper right corner.
Next, click on your upcoming consulting session to pull up the detailed view.
If the Lighthouse Expert hasn't yet arrived for your consulting session, the "Open Video Chat Room" button will be greyed out.
Once the Expert has opened the session, the button will turn yellow. You'll then be able to click "Open Video Chat Room" to join the call.
And that's all there is to it! You'll be able to turn off your camera, mute your mic, chat, and share your screen during your video call.
